Both full and part time, permanent roles are available: minimum 20 hours per week, maximum 40 hours per week.
What will you do as a Customer Service Advisor
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be representing Sensée clients by offering outstanding support for their customers from your own home
- Be an integral part of the Sensée family, whose ethics, values, connectivity and relentless innovation have blazed a trail for over 17 years
- Take ownership of customer experiences and outcomes, with full support and guidance from our management and support teams
- Deliver services in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and in some cases FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) guidelines.
