What you will do as  a Customer Relations Advisor for Vodafone

  • Attend a full time, fully paid training course for up to 7 weeks
  • Represent Vodafone, always ensuring outstanding customer service in a dedicated client relations role
  • Utilise tech and tools to solve customer enquiries swiftly and efficiently
  • Take a customer first approach to query resolution
  • Utilise our industry leading inhouse support tools to stay engaged, empowered and ready to progress up the Sensée career ladder
  • Be an integral part of the Sensée family, whose ethics, values, connectivity, and relentless innovation have blazed a trail for over 18 years

About You

What we’re looking for from a Customer Relations Advisor

  • At least 6 months experience in a dedicated customer relations role (essential)
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service (essential)
  • Excellent written and oral English
  • A passion for people and ability to make a difference with every call answered
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dedicated space free from disruptions
  • Capable of utilising IOT, often more than one system to bring about effective customer resolutions
  • Confidence and resilience to provide a consistent best in class service on every call
  • Able to provide own technology, saving vital resources and reducing carbon footprint
