What you will do as a Customer Service Advisor for Bupa
- Attend a full time, fully paid training course that will empower you to succeed
- Represent Bupa, always ensuring outstanding customer service in an often sensitive healthcare situation
- Manage all customer contact including claims in line with regulatory requirements
- Guide customers to ensure they receive the correct treatment in line with their policies
- Act as an escalation point to other business area for health cases deemed clinically complex and/or general policy enquiries
- Pre-authorise customers' treatment using set protocols
- Utilise tech and tools to solve customer enquiries swiftly and efficiently
- Take a customer first approach to query resolution
- Utilise our industry leading inhouse support tools to stay engaged, empowered and ready to progress up the Sensée career ladder
- Be an integral part of the Sensée family, whose ethics, values, connectivity, and relentless innovation have blazed a trail for over 18 years
