Front End Developer

We are looking to invite a number of Front End Developers to join our fantastic Cloudworks tech team. We would welcome applications from those at all levels including graduate, mid level and senior. You would be part of a great team that is developing innovative solutions to support not only our fully remote business but our customers with a remote or hybrid model.

What you will do as a Front End Developer?

• Work as part of a team, who report to the Lead Architect; and work closely with the Cloudworks product teams
• You will be key in enabling transformation and accelerating growth
• Build API driven applications and services
• Design and implement greenfield services and web applications
• Adopt Agile best practise with cross functional collaboration
• Participate in software Architecture Definition
• Adopt best practises such as TDD towards thorough coverage to test product in controlled, real situations before going live
• Identify innovative solutions, recommend and champion improvements
• Be a brand advocate and apply our values in all that you do

What we’re looking for in a Front End Developer

• Degree or relevant experience gained through employment
• JavaScript and Nodejs proficiency
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• SQL Server experience - MSSQL and PostgreSQL
• Previous experience of continuous integration and delivery in a cloud environment
• Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote working business with autonomy
• Able to provide own equipment and connection that meets our requirements
